I’ll schedule a site visit to collaborate with your on-site team, discuss artwork placement, and articulate our shared direction. I’ll research your geographic area to identify distinctive photography subjects that reflect your unique location and story. Your location is unique - so is my approach. I will only work one project - start to finish - at a time. I literally live one the road with no permanent residence. When you hire me, my focus is dedicated to your project.

I believe in complete transparency and true collaboration. My work is based on a flat project fee - no surprises, no hidden costs. Once we’ve defined the quantity, format, and size of your wall art, we’ll determine print cost through my trusted print partner (passing along my professional discounts with no photographer mark-up) or through your own preferred vendor. Each image is created exclusively for your property - not stock, not shared. You own every photograph and all the rights to it.
